Overview

We are a unique, gated resort community of individually deeded lots located at 24711 County Road 20 in Elberta, Alabama, just a few short miles from the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Our amenities include a beautiful, sparkling swimming pool, recreation hall/clubhouse, and best of all, a private boat launch directly on Miflin Creek with quick access to Wolf Bay and beyond! Our community is very active, especially when our winter residents arrive! We have loads of fun with game nights, pot lucks, casino trips, block parties with cookouts and much more!
