But worth the $35. $30 would probably be most ppl's assessment, but we've paid close to $50 for the same without the friendly manager, clean and quietness and aren't gripping a bit. Neighbors are friendly, park is relatively quiet. Lots of permanent residents and a fair bit of longer term. A bit long on the tooth, but not decrepit. You can do far worse in a twenty mile radius. Might wanna call first, stays pretty full. We camped at Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court in a Motorhome
