Hill Shade RV park is a small, hidden treasure. We’re 11 miles west of Gonzales, Texas, nestled among more than 200 shade trees. Leave the city behind, and enjoy the peace and quiet.;Gonzales is known for its Texas history. Palmetto State Park and Lakewood Recreation Area are a short drive. We are one hour from Austin and San Antonio, and just two hours from Houston.
